Ignored me and refused to give an update and refund

I paid for 6 sessions with a personal trainer. I received 2 sessions and the trainer kept constantly backing out at the LAST minute to reschedule. I was tired of this and spoke to a man at the front desk who referred me to a little girl who said she was the manager. She fluttered her eyelashes and said she was helpless to do anything about this.

I asked to speak to someone who could and was referred to yet another manager named Nick who took my info and promised to get back with me after he spoke to the district manager. I have emailed and have tried to follow up but have met with silence.
This was back in July, might I add. I never did get a refund or any sort of feedback to my complaints.

They initially tried to set me up with another trainer but that would've meant starting over and basically losing my first two sessions. Not to mention I didn't want to risk having yet ANOTHER trainer constantly back out and reschedule.
My biggest complaint is that they failed to follow through and just "forgot" about me. I contacted the main Gold's Gym feedback and never did hear back from them.

As they have neglected me all this time, I feel I am screwed out of the money and will cancel my membership as a direct result.
It was an expensive lesson to learn about Golds and their inability to honor customer committment. They have shown they have no integrity.
