I ordered a red female bicycle from bicycles2go on May 11.
I sent several emails to check on this order and received no replies.
On May 27, I received a red male bicycle. My husband called Micargi in California to see if it was their mistake and was told Colton Enterprises made the decision to ship a red male bicycle instead of a different color female bicycle.
I exchanged emails with Website Services on May 31 through June 7 trying to get an answer as to why they made the decision to send the male bicycle and was told they reserved the right to substitute models and color as I agreed to when I placed the order.
When I questioned a male for a female choice, their quote "One of the reservation of rights. Most customers are tied to color over model." I was given the phone number for Jack Clayton, the owner, but he never returns phone calls.
The last email I sent to Website Services (June 7) trying to find out if there were any options to replacing the male bicycle stated that "Jack said there would be no exchange."
