Warning if you are considering buying this fracnchise. Do not do it. They only look to sell you the concept, they can not back anyhting up. There is no support once you buy in. Everybody who sits on the top row of the franchise tries to cut into your profit from many different angles. They tell you that you are getting the best deals when in fact the corporate office has there hands in it and only raises what you have to pay up.
Ie: someone collects money for you when you open a gym like an agency, they charge you 6% of your membership dues each. When in reality if you went to them on your own it would cost 3%. Corporate makes a cut there also. They say you get the best deals on tanning machines if you say you are from lady of america the price is higher because corporate is getting a *kickback* from eveything they reccommend you to. When they tell you there are certain companies you have to buy things from they lock you in and you are paying more then what you should be. Do not let them negotiate a lease for you no matter what, they will add a dollar or 2 to he lease so they can make money there also instead of getting you the best deal.
They do not return phonecalls. People who work for the owner are known to verbally threaten franchise owners if they talk about what is going on.
