Ab Rocket advertises for monthly payment plans and when they process this what they do is put on hold the entire amount of your purchase... Meaning since the product might be worth $200, but u want the monthly payment plan, that purchase amount is no longer available to you for the entire period of their payments for over 5 months... And when u try to get it back u have to go through a waiting period of 72 hours to get it back if u have cancelled... Since when is any company allowed to take your money or put a reserve as they call it on your credit card so that it is not accessible to you for this whole period... I find this totally illegal and against all proper business practices for any company to do this... U have agreed to monthly payments, because this is what u can afford, not the whole amount at once... If u have preauthorized debits coming thru and this money is not there. You will be NSF ed... And pay this outrageous fee... And not have this money to access for this whole time... I find this unacceptable and totally illegal and something should be done about this...
They are unauthorized to do this and they are totally misleading the consumer because they do not inform you as to this practice. It's a surprise!!!
