Magazine Ordering Rip-off ripoff

I was in my yard when a young man walked up on me. He stated that he was in collage and that he was selling mags. For his graduation trip. I ordered 4 mags and never recived them. I have been waiting for 3 months now and nothing. I wrote a check for 68.00 and 40.00 cash. I hope someone can help me and all others out
