Upon receiving my October phone bill, I noticed I had additional charges b/c my bill is the same amount each month. Turns out OAN Services, Inc., is charging me $19.95 for Premium Voicemail.
I have never heard of this company and definitely did not authorize these people to make these charges. Upon calling the two toll free telephone numbers provided, I was unable to talk with a live person. There was an automated message stating the office is closed leaving an internet web site to visit, which does not exist.
I then proceeded to contact my phone company and a nice young lady said that she would send the charges back to OAN and place a third party block on my phone line.
