Genesis Manufacturing Company was my only remaining contact and warranty service provider, after the original sales company, Planet Antares, went bankrupt. I called Genesis to make sure my vending machines were still going to be under warranty service for the promise 5 years. As late as August, I received additional parts and tech support. When I called this morning to order a part, I found the number is not in service, did a Google search, and found the previous RIP OFF about Genesis. I am quite dismayed since my machines are only two years old and I don't have a clue how to come up with replacement parts like coils and motors.
Up to this morning, I had always received great tech support and timely responses to my needs.
