Rips you Off Then You Can't Find Them But The Promotion Emails Keep Coming. Rip-off!

I made a special order last May and my order has yet to be filled. I have made numerous attempts to contact them. I heard back from them once in the beginning and then never again. They have this super-duper promotion campaign which they continue to email me. But I have yet to recieve my special order.
