This company is horrible.in summer of 2011 they brokered our move to a company called Allstate Relocation in California. We were moving from North Carolina to San Diego. We received a call from Allstate Relocation on a Sunday night that our moving truck had been caught in a monsoon the prior Thursday and that all of our belongings for an established family of 5 was "wet". They delivered it on Tuesday drenched almost a week later. I was pouring out garbage cans of water still. All of our belongings were claimed destroyed by our homeowners insurance. We had to pay $14,000 just to have our pictures and papers remediated. Everything else was taken away. It was completely devastating to our whole family. Even though we had homeowners they could never come close to what we actually lost. Hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of items that we were only reimbursed 1/8 of. This company still made us pay them for the move. World Wide did not follow up, contact us or try to make any restitution. We are still trying to get our heads above water from this loss. Don't use this company!!!
