I signed up for a ONE time credit score check. I paid $12.95 for this ONE time and did not want the monthly service. I noticed charges showing up on my card each month. I may have missed the FINE print somewhere, but when I called to cancel it was a very long process. I was speaking to "Trish" who indicated she was in the Philippines her employee number is #66417. She kept asking the same questions over and over and I was repeatedly placed on hold. She could barely speak english and when I questions like..."can you send me the document that I signed that states you could draw $12.95 per month to me?" Her responses were obvious that she didn't even understand what I was asking for. It took over 30 minutes on the phone to cancel this. And when I asked to speak to someone who dicuss a refund, she had not idea what I was asking for. So on this one BUYER BE AWARE and if you want to cancel better plan some time...
