I was a long time customer of Hair Excitement in Merrimack. We booked 2-4 appointments in advance to save our space. Suddenly one day we, two of us, received notices that we were negative towards employees and Hair Excitement did not want us back.
We have no idea why this happened and after writing the owner John Langlais and receiving no response I would have to believe the things I have heard and now read about him and his company.
We were treated poorly on our last visit by the manager and let our sylist know it. Then the managers roommate was fired from the company I work for and that is when we received the mysterious letters.
We received these letters only the night before our appt. That was booked 5 weeks in advance.
To add to the shock of this letter, we started to think of all the negativity that we hear on every appt. About the employees and how unprofessional it is. We have to listen to the drug use, eating disorders, drunkeness, sex and abuse that these employees are involved in.
If we were so negative to employees why would they ask me to protect them when a vagrant came in off the street and gave the receptionist and manager a hard time. I was interupted during a hair and waxing appt. To ask this vile man to leave the building. I risked my own safety to protect this establishment that all I have done is give my money and generous tips to year after year. DO NOT GO TO HAIR EXCITEMENT because of poor business practices, poor customer treatment and poor management/ownership.
