Dawn and I emailed back and forth about a Shih tzu on her web site for several days. I told her I was looking for a male that would make a good breeder. She recommended that this dog would be good. She gave me a price for the dog with and without papers. It was $200 for papers with full registration - give me the right to breed him and register his pups.
I paid the extra $200 for the dog. When we met for me to pick up the dog she had already been paid in full. She showed up with no papers but gave me a signed paper saying I'd recieve them within a month. It's been almost 5 months and I've called and written several emails. She changed her email address and her site address. I still have no papers or have yet to recieve a refund.
