My driver manager is very rude and his manager when I talked to him was the same taking the driver manager side. When I am told to call in I do so and then get yelled at me that I am not suppose to call.
Was told that the drivers were averaging 2500 to 2700 miles a weeks I have not got more that 2000 miles and that was only one week. It came across qualcomm that when we knew we would be empty let dispatcher know and they would get pre plan that does not happen they dont send in for a plan till you let them know you are empty. Then you wait for hours the least I have ever waited was 2 hours.
I came to work for them under nothing but lies. If you are a 1st year driver great and can live on 20000 a year go for them. I am not and I can't. They dont pay layover pay till you have been sitting for 24 hours and then they make sure you get load 30 minutes before the time.
The terminals for the drivers are nasty the one in N Jackson OH stinks so bad of urine smell it will make you gag when you go to try and take shower. The rooms in Tontitown AR for the drivers are very small and dirty the beds have springs coming through mattress. The showers and bathrooms are digusting and I have repoirted it many time and nothing ever chances when there is female products in bathroom trash for days that is unsanitary.
