I recently ordered a dress, and received a sponge in the mail from China

I recently ordered from this site, they said they ship within 3-4 days waited around. Nothing so I sent repeated emails, still no response. Then on the 11th day I received a tiny package from China containing a sponge. Mind you I placed my order for a dress!
