Ordered a renewal for a magazine from this company on 5/21. No renewal was applied and when last contacted on 10/12 by internet they replied they would respond as soon as possible. Phone calls were never returned.
As of 10/20 the website and phones are down. Fortunately I was able to get a credit from my credit card issuer.
