A friend of mine recommended using resumemycareer.com. I decided to give Justin my resume to recreate as it was dated, not realizing the phone tagging would be a dilemma.
Initially the process seemed painless for both of us, myself and my friend: we were able to speak at length to a guy named Justin, who is always the only one to work at the working phone number that is provided on the website, but once things needed to be communicated, ie, the payment was given, there was absolutlely no way of getting Justin on the phone nor any communications via email would be returned. Frustrating indeed.
He is very poor at responding emails and call backs on the phone are just dead ends. Do not waste your money on this service provider. We got duped despite the BBB ratings, you need to have a larger staff to deal with the demanding public and some courtesy at returning people's calls or emails.
Will not be referring resumemycareer.com to anyone~
