It was brought to my attention that a resident of mine was contacted by a Charles Garden of US Mega Lottery out of Livermore, California. Says she won a couple million. Wanted to get her information. I called number back and voice mail came up with the name of Charles. He sounds like he is from Nigeria or some similar country. I warned her not to give him information or money.
