Rip-off! I ordered a computer through an online auction and now cannot get information or the computer

I ordered a computer from Dennis Holck through Yahoo auctions. I sent the payment and have been unable to get a responce to my emails and phone messages. I have not recieved the computer yet, and have requested a refund or status of the shipment.
