Safeway not paying employees

I have been working for store 249 in Page Arizona for 3 weeks now and have not been paid once. Was told by human resources yesterday I would get a check today for all missing hours I got no check today. I need my money I worked for it I WANT IT!!! How can I work in one of your stores and not get paid their is two of us that have not got paid the last two weeks.
