Doug fisher managment incompetent and insubordinate to handle bacis mangment duties fairly

Managment is insubordinate and incapable of managing a mobile home park correctly and fairly and if looked into more in depth as to his conduct by pama they would see the possible lawsuits that this man is putting them at risk of for his behavior and conduct by personelly seeking and harrassing rent paying tenants with whom he deciedes he does not like personally and all the while he allows vagrants and homeless and drugs to happen on property and say nothing, he is the worst example of a manager i have ever seen
