Scam, scam, scam!!! If you enjoy cold calling and telemarketing, this product is perfect unless you dont have the thousands of dollars you need to fork put to get scamed. I am a top producing realtor in the business for many years and this company is rediculously expensive for the quality of service and product they offer. They mailed me flash cards and dvds to help boost my business. The flash cards are cheap scripts that sound rehearsed and the dvd and training are not tailored to your market so it does no good. They expect you to cold call owners while using these flash cards not tailored to your market. Trust me, tons of realtors are calling on the same fsbo and expired listings without having to fork out thousands of dollars. They have a No cancellation clause and will ruin your credit if you cancel. Bottom line... Its not worth the price whatsoever.
