The following company Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc have had, or currently have counterfit products bearing the registered trademark Lip Ink or Lip Inks. Lip Ink International is aware of the confusion that has arisen, both on line and in the marketplace from this. Please be advised that their products, are not manufactured by Lip Ink International and are not licensed, authored or endorsed by Lip Ink International, and they do not contain the multi patented Guaranteed Smear proof technology of the following patents: LIP-INK International Patent Numbers: 5747017,6001374,6010709,6027739,6203809,6395263,6509009, AU 701794, AU 736718 All Lip Ink Products are self manufactured in the USA
