I dealt with this Unethical Customer service Rep, Daisy. She claimed to be the owner of the company. She was a nasty lady who cursed me out saying I was "liar b*ch" when I told her I was never told about this charges or it's no where to be found in the contract that I signed. She quoted me $875 for a studio moving. I didn't even have any bedroom set. Her movers broke my TV and dinner set, she refused to provide me with any sort of service. When I even told her that one of the movers was drunk and he's flirting with me, she said she can't do anything about it. She charged me $1,735. I'm a student, I don't have this kind of money. I had to borrow from friends and wipe out my whole bank account. I starved for two days because of her. This is the U.S., can companies like that take people's money and get away with this?
