I agree with Shelly. I started a store with Dollar store with Dollar Store Services about a year and a half ago. My store has not made any money I have not even come close to breaking even. I had a small amount of money saved up to open this store and I have blown thru that money and beyond. I have maxed out my credit cards and now have some major debt tied to my name. This company has helped to destroy my credit and my livelyhood. I quit my job to open this store and that was a huge mistake. I beg you if you are thinking of opening a store to reconsider!!! I can not tell you enough about how this company lies about the projections and the income you are expected to make. I believe that out of the 2100 stores Dollar Store Services have opened there are not more than 100 still open and I know many of those stores are struggling. I have yet to talk to a store owner that has taken a paycheck from their store. If you would like to do something about it I would love to talk to you and devise an action plan.
