On February 22nd I contacted Valery Cagney from This-n-That Boutique Hand Crochet Photo Props about doing a custom Thing 1 and Thing 2 beanies for my children. On February 23rd I paid via paypal. She requested that I give her a few weeks for custom orders. I did not email her again until mid March to check in on the hats. I emailed her every other day until March 31st and received a response that that was the first email she had received. From then on I tried contacting her via email, Facebook, Twitter, and Etsy. After contacting her every day then out because I was receiving no response. I finally received a response saying that she would be sending me a picture of the finished hats a few more weeks went by with no response. Then I finally received a picture about 4 weeks ago. Since then I have received one other email in regard to the hats being sent of for delivery and she would send my a deliver confirmation number as soon as she was in front of a computer... Still no delivery confirmation number and no package. Let me remind you this has been going on since February.
