Omg this company was a complete scam! One day about a year or two back, I seen an advertisment in the local newspaper about looking for young people who are looking for a good job with great opportunities and travelling experiences. I responded to the ad and I spoke to the owners wife, don't know her name now. I think it may be victoria. She explained how things worked and if I was interested then she would buy me a bus ticket so we could go to a town a few hours away. I was hesitate at first and then I decided that I would go because the lady said that I was guaranteed that I would make atleast $300 a week there plus more as much as I sold. So I thought this was great. I got the bus ticket, my husband took me over there the next morning and I left off in this bus with a bunch of other kids. First thing that suprised me that we stopped something an hour away to get a drink and bathroom break, we had 15 mins. We left after 10 mins and the bus driver left a boy behind with his stuff still on the bus! I was like omg.
We got to meet our groups and everything, I took my cell phone with me because my cell phone is my security blanket and we were going to a place that was known for a lot of crime so I felt protected with my cell phone. I was in the group with Becky and she drove a suburban or some type of SUV. We drove around all day and they dropped us off. I was dropped off with Becky so I could learn how to make sales. They lied to these people about everything. They made lies about seeing the Vatican and all kinds of stuff. I was shocked. So then I decided that this is crazy. I met a friend who was in the same group with me who will anoymous. We were talking with the people there in our group and they were explaining how the money thing works that whatever sales you make is how you get paid, if you dont make any sales that will you will not get the $300 guarenteed. That was bull. I was ticked. You have to make sales. I thought that is crazy. I understand about making sales and all but seriously, give us something to motivate us. Next thing that was crazy was that we were going back to the room for the night and we had to pick up my friend and she was crying hysterically. They let her (a 18 yr old girl) go off by herself at night w/o anybody in a crime infested area. She was cryin when we picked her up and she was talking to Becky about what happened. I was texting my husband as we were driving home and one of the guys there said I wasn't suppose to have my cell phone, that I am suppose to leave it in the hotel room. Uh no. I told him that that wasn't going to happen.
So we got back to the room, we went and seen the owner and my friend gave him the money she made and he got really snooty with her and he tried to give her lunch money for the next day and she refused to take it. He then asked me questions about my birthday and address and crap like that and I lied to him. Haha. Because I knew I didn't want to stay. So we went back to the room, my friend I was bunked with and we devised a plan to sneak out in the middle of the night. My friend also let me know that while she was alone out there by herself she almosted got raped by a customer. She was scared and she said that pretty much there isn't anything they could do. She called her grandpa and I called my husand who thankfully was only 2 hours away. I knew that this was the night that we had to leave because they were heading to another state the next morning and I knew I would be stuck with them. So my husband came and my friends grandpa came and we threw our bags out of the window and left but not before we both left a very hasty note about the running of this so called company.
I advise anybody who is thinking about joining this company, do not. They are full of lies and deceit and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them.
