Approximately a month ago I was sold the DirecTv HD pachage. The representative told me the bill would not change and the service would be enhanced. When the first bill came in it was not the agreed upon price, (bait and Switch). Approximately 30 days after installation, the hardware quit. I called and had a technician come out to repair the issue. The technician worked some magic and the service was restored. Twelve hours later the same 771A error code returned. I called the company and was told to call back the next day after 6 am.
I called and was referred to Case Management who said I would receive a call within an hour. After numerous calls I was told a technician would arrive the next day after 5. I returned from work at 5 and found a note on the door the technician had been there at 4. After another 4 hours of calls we still do not have service. It is now 8 pm on Monday, the service has not been working since 10 pm Saturday and the comapny is saying they cannot have anyone here before Wednesday or Saturday. I am paying for a service I am not receiving.
