Customer Service Department Quality of the customer support is not good as I am paying for monthly payment - they can't even understand the issue waster my 6 hours time

I am looking for the following service

1. Upgrade my cell phone
2. Unlock my cell phone

I wasted my 5 hour (s) of time and both did not solve. Customer support is very bad as I am paying for the monthly service.

Very very poor customer support.
