Jeff Helman, Gigi Bell, Gigi Helman Underquoted competition to get contract, then wouldn't release my boat until we paid thousands more than contracted. When we tried to sue, they filed chapter 7 to avoid payin.: business-bankru

Please save yourself from the headache, sadness and paying thousands over the next best quote.
We made the mistake of believing them and Jeff is quite a pushy sales guy. Gigi, on the other hand, would not take a single call during our entire ordeal.
They also tried to make us believe they were not married.
After so many financial and damages claims against them, they filed for Chapter 7 Bancruptcy.
We should for a CLASS ACTION against them. I would love to see them have to pay, even if we don't get all of our money back. Having them out of business for good would be enough.
