Ambras FJC sent me the wrong ring. Has not responded to numerous emails I sent trying to exchange or get refund. I returned the ring Priority mail and they still will not respond or answer any emails.
Its been over 2 months, they've had the ring for 6 weeks. Ambras won't return the money and won't respond to any emails. The phone# they list is a message number and no one ever calls back. Ebay stated they couldn't find the order, I provided them with a copy which was processed thru paypal. They aren't responding now. I try and send at least 20 emails per day, every day, so they won't forget me. I will do this until I get my money back or they change their email address.
