Purchased ring on e-bay on 8/11/04. After waiting for delivery a reasonable time, I e-mailed and phoned the company directly several times. Customer Service is useless.
They eventually sent me the WRONG ring. I returned it with delivery confirmation (thank goodness) to which they sent an automated response that they'd remedy the situation, but never did.
I reported them to e-bay SAFE HARBOR and SQUARE TRADE, but apparently e-bay is making too much money having this bogus vendor soliciting bids from unsuspecting buyers to care.
I think it's shameful of e-bay to allow a vendor to have THOUSANDS of negative feedbacks and reports, and still do nothing. I blame e-bay as much as jewelrybyezra. Both are irresponsible in my opinion.
Today is 10/29/04, and I have no hope of receiving the item for which I paid, but never received.
