I've been using Turknorthamerica (TurkNA) prepaid calling card telephone service to call Turkey for a number of years. This summer it stopped working. The telephone number and the customer service number listed on their site seems disconnected. When I wrote multiple emails to them I haven't received a reply.
Currently I'm planning to contact my credit card company to get my money back.
