I contracted with firstediting.com and was impressed with the numerous emails and phone calls about my manuscript. After I paid up front I never heard from them again. I have left numerous emails and phone calls but nothing. It seems a little weird to have someone editing your manuscript and they NEVER contact you about it. I have some changes but no way of communicating them to the editor. I also have a publisher waiting for it and the original contract said 10-14 days... Well it's been 13 so I guess I have one more day but I'm not holding my breath. Three questions I have for them. What does the "Satisfaction guaranteed" mean on their website. When can I expect to see my manuscript. And finally why doesn't the editor communicate with their client!
