Sulphur Springs Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. Made a HUGE error in our billing statement. They entered incorrect information in the wrong columns of our bill. We should have had a credit of 42.93 because we overpaid last time and instead they charged a "deposit installment" of $250.. 00 and added other fraudulent charges and are now asking an outrageous amount of $365.37. When we called and politely inquired about this because we could see where they made the accounting errors and we were not mad when we called. We are understanding people. We know mistakes happen. We were expecting a professional and sweet apology.instead, we encountered one of the rudest customer support reps we ever encountered.
