What was described as a "one time" fee has been charged against my account every month since March

In March I initiated a transaction for what I thought was to be a one time fee to research the D&B credit report for a company that owed me a lot of money. Since then, my bank account has had a monthly debit of $39. There are no instructions anywhere on www.dandb.com on how to cancel a subscription.
