Recieved a call from "Unknown Caller" & "Unknown Number". It was a female voice that sounded almost computerized. I asked, "is this a live person?" the response was "yes, " however the voice didn't pay attention to what I was saying, and continuously repeated instructions for me that I had told her I could not do. This is what made me think it was computer or automated. It almost sounded like a live person. Debited my card only 2.99 and then found an additional 240.00 charge the following statement.
