I ordered a ring for my wife in March and am STILL trying to get these people to honor my order (in August). I received one e-mail reply from 12 e-mail complaints I sent; on March 16th, the seller
said my order had been lost by the post office, and that I would be "compensated." The "customer service" department then sent me an e-mail stating they were "enquiring" about my order. I've never heard from them since, despite a steady stream of e-mail inquiries. My best advice: DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY by trusting this dishonorable company. Don't make the same mistake that did.
