Richard McLaughlin closed account non sufficient funds bad check liar thief con man

Richard McLaughlin wrote two checks for $1000.00 each for money invested in his company to get it started. After which he closed the bank account and sent a "cease and desist" letter and threatened to sue when collection attempts were made. He then made statements to my friends and family saying that I stole money from him. He is a deadbeat, a liar, and a thief and should not be trusted under any circumstance, especially in the security industry.

Beware, he has made attempts to borrow money from other people. He borrowed $8000.00 from my father, wrote him a check for the amount then closed the account within hours before the check was cashed. The only reason the money was paid back was because it was such an egregious criminal act that he knew he would be arrested if he didn't pay the money back immediately.

Mr. McLaughlin thinks only of himself and his own personal gain... Beware!
