Ripoff. Bad experience and worst costumer sevice i have ever delt with!

On June 12 i made a purchase for some hair extensions. I had seen a lot of good reviews on youtube about Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions. I had decided to buy a set. I knew that since these hair extensions were hand made it was going to take about 5 weeks for me to recieve them and i was fine with that.
After i had purchased my extensions i got an email saying that my purchased had been made and that i would recieve my extensions in a couple weeks as stated on their website. About two weeks later i contacted them threw their email and asked if i was posibble for me to have my extensions before august.
Two days later they replied saying to check their production time on the website. That it would take 5-6 weeks to make a set of extensions because they are handmade and not rushed because "perfection cant be rushed".
I replied back in a kindly matter saying that i knew production time was 5-6 weeks. I just wanted to know if id have my extensions before or in the beginning of august which was 2 months away because i had to start school.
They then replied to me saying when did i go back to school.
I told them that i returned on August 13. So she said that she had attatched a note to my order saying that i started school on August 13 and that they would do everything they can to have them done by then.
I was happy to have heard that answer because i was afraid i wouldnt have my extensions by the time school started. Well on August 3 i emailed them asking about my extensions and i got no reply. I waited three days and then emailed them again. Once more, no reply.
I find it very funny how they would reply to my emails in the beginning but now that my "due date" is getting closer they wont reply. Yesterday i emailed Shannon the owner saying that i just want to know in what process my extensions are and if she would please email me back.
I also emailed all their other emails they have on their website and still no reply. Im getting tired of having to waiste my time on a company that took my money and cant even reply to one of my emails. I am very dissapointed in this company and it has been one of the worst costumer services i have had to deal with.
If you dont have a good costumer sevice then you dont have a good buisness thats it! I really hope i get my extensions soon or atleast a refund because i really feel like i have been scammed.
Its not like it was a couple of dollars, it was hundreds of dollars.
I start school on monday and my order hasnt even been shipped! Its been about two months since i ordered them.
Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions? Yeah right! I cant even get a reply to my emails. It would be great if i got to say "Hello" to my gorgeous hair extensions. That is if i ever receive them.
