AT&T
Rip-off! They said a computer virus dialed West Africa and they billed me $200

I am a US Marine. I deployed to Iraq in Dec 03 and put my home phone on 'autopay'. Returned in June 04 found AT&T intl phone call on my bills $200 to Guinea Bissau, West Africa. Called AT&T. They told me it was a 'computer virus' etc. However, since than 45 days had expired... NO REFUND! That's wrong.

I've written them 2 full letter to their Compliant Ctr in Miami. I get form letters back. NO REFUND! I would NEVER call West Africa on my own accorded. This is fraud!
