This is an online magazine company that "claims" to offer great prices on various magazines subscriptions with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.in my case, I ordered a subscription to a magazine through NBAF, they debited my credit card 4 months ago, and never submitted the order to the publishers. Because so much time has past while I was waiting for the subscription to start (the publishers of the actual magazine said I had to allow 120 days before complaining to them.)
I'm now unable to get reimbursed through my bank, and I have yet to receive a response regarding a refund from NBAF, they simply keep ignoring all my requests for a refund. Their online complaint area claims they will try their best to answer all questions within a 24 hour period "maximum" don't hold your breath waiting.
I have been trying to resolve this for months now with no luck. They come up at the top of the most popular search engines as well, so buyer beware. As far as I'm concerned, this business should be shut down, as they are collecting money and not delivering the products as they are advertised, I call that theft, plain and simple.
They totally ignored all the online complaints and faxes that I submitted to them. The phone number they have listed on their website only receives faxes, and will not allow a person leave a message, therefore I have been unable to reach a real person behind this scam. I don't understand how a company like this can continue to operate without being forced to shut down, as I feel what they did to me is illegal and should not be allowed to continue.
