This company flat out lies to you on the phone they tell you there are no cancelation fees or contract fees.
LIE number 1. There is and it can be whatever they want as they lied anyway so expect to pay $350 to $495 dollars to get away.
Lie number 2. They LIE about the monthly fees. $24.99 a month no more no lessfirst month is $39.99. No reason why no
communication from themyou have to call to find out why your being billed extra. If you can find a number to contact the correct department. Then they charge you another fee for your gateway that is the worst fraud detection suite ever. All my fraud suite settings where set correctly to flag fraud, from shipping to the 3 digit code on the back of the card. This all came
through with flying colors. So I shipped the productthen I get a charge back. Century Payment takes this money back out
of my account now mind you Im not selling $20 to $30 dollar itemsso it was a large amount.
No warning, No communication, No email, No phone call, NO nothing. So I dispute it with my bank who gets the money back for meO Bamguess who calls ME! Century Paymentssaying they need that money PLUS a $25.00 fee to process my charge back.
I have to send them a certified check for the amount. On top of that Im the one who actually caught on to the fraud scam that was going on and stopped it through my own contacts. NOT Century Payments who is supposed to be my first line of defense to at least flag it for me! To top it off prior to all this taking place I called them and asked I think there is some fraud going on my sitethey called back said no those accounts are being declined due to insufficient funds. Total Lie. They were being declined because I was declining themdue to IP address and shipping address miss configurations. Using simple programs on the web to figure out where they are shipping from and two. I mean one address pointed to the middle of a lake another the middle of a highway!
Come on! So Lie number 3 they take money out of your account at will with no notification what so ever. They still send bills by mail! Who does that anymore and asks for a fax number who has a fax number any more besides my grandma!
Seriously. Do not deal with this company. They lie, lie, lie, get everything in writing from them up front that there is no contract and you can cancel anytime. I would not recommend them to ANYONE ever. Then to top it off. They closed my merchant account without notifying meI found out calling them to find out about another feethe girl on the phone said your account is closedI said What? I mean seriously you close someones account and dont tell them! Comon! I had to close my company down from the internet for 1 week due to their screw ups and fraud issues. They are the worst company ever.
