Back in 2005 or so I retired out of trucking and went into brokering for Tom Gennecco of TFG Transport LLC then out of Canandaigua, NY. I brokered as an AGENT for a couple years until I noticed his payment slowing down and often would not come at all so I began to get nervous and want out of brokering for him when then I noticed from a few hundred to a few thousand missing from my bank accounts by TFG Transport LLC so therefore I began to talk to him about it and then forced to sue..
So I won in court $7,000 about and Tom Gennecco let it be known to my collection agent that he changed names thus now you can no longer sue him so out of depression I destroyed my records... Then I notice that he only lied and re-licensed as TFG Transport LLC and currently telling some he is Elton Mirfak which is not a legal assumption for him to use. I also know of a few dozen trucks he put into Bank Ruptcy over non payments for I was brokering when he done it and I foolishly believed his story but later learned via chat between him that he lied to them to collect their pay.
