This company is a scam! You pay them $13.00 and get a message stating "no records found." This on a person I know for certain has a criminal history

I needed a quick background check to confirm a person's record. I knew he had a criminal history but needed some documentation. I gave this company my credit card number and within 1 second the response came back "no records found." This company is operating a huge scam and should be pulled off the net and prosecuted!!!
