This company does not have a customer help phone number, only email so it takes a while to respond. They ask you to leave an opinion of their shop but when you leave a negative but truthful feedback, they harass you with countless emails. The staff was so rude and unproffessional. Even if you get a hold of them right after you submit your order to cancel, they make up an excuse to say it already shipped. Seconds after the order submits. Most businesses will accomodate the cancelation for the customer. The staff were upset about my feedback that I recieved my item in a smashed up box. Looked very warned out. Definitely not UPS. Worst website I ever used!
