No-contact / getting for site that is empty

I have to opt out the websites and there's no live person to speak with i can't develop a site alone they're getting monthy costs from my account. (also in scuff i requested for just one (1) site but i'm getting charged for two (2) websites. They are also not free because it was stated. As of this moment i'm investing in no sites at-all i'd like my cash back.
