*STAY AWAY* I read a bad review of them and they explained it away as a hard to please old lady. Heed my warning!

I went with Diamond Van Lines because they estimated less and they are a night mare! They increased the price when their packers arrived by $3000 over their original Not To Exceed contract. Their packers appeared to be on drugs. They solicited a $200 gratuity insinuating our stuff would get broke if we didn't pay. At the other end, they showed up at 8:00pm and were unloading until midnight... We operated under the threat from the driver that if we didn't get it unloaded by midnight that he would leave with my stuff on the truck and try to reconcile in court. He also said that it was a five man Job not three that they sent. I unloaded with them to get finished on time. Some of the items, including a very expensive mirror, were broke. We have not been able to assess all the damages yet, but they look to be substantial.
Best price is not always best value...
