Billing for service Not Received North Hollywood

Here is the letter that I sent to them:

My request for service online was never acknowledged when I tried to set it up online. Then all of a sudden today 8/28 I receive a bill for $50.45. As you can imagine I am highly upset about this.

Since my phone service request was never acknowledged I went ahead and set up a phone line through Vonage. I do not need your services and nor were these services ever completed. There were no messages nor letters indicating that my service would be active on a certain date and therefore I will not be paying the charges and request that you remove them and disconnect this service immediately.

In addition you may want to talk to Angel, your customer service representative located in Sacremento, CA. He was arguementive and rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He claimed they didn't work on Saturdays. If that is the case you may want to require supervisors on weekends because your CS Represenatives are just plain rude and actually threatened to notate that I was being loud and arguemenatative... Threatening your customers is not a good way to keep them as customers.

If required, I will get a lawyer or the Better Business Bureau involved to take care of this situation, but I would hope that you would recognize the error that was made and disconnect the service and close the account with no balance since it was never used nor will it
ever be used.
