After accepting a position as a "Field Technician" meaning sales rep. And being promised the opportunity of making 150K a year, it only took me about two months of working for Golden Roofing aka Chateau, aka Pinnacle, aka Fentress Roofing, aka National Storm Management and owner Terry Keifer, aka Scott Knoll and Supervisor Sean Fentress, to learn I was never going to collect a penny for the over 40 jobs I sold. I was let go for fabricated reasons and told I owed the company money and would not receive a dime of the over 30k in commisions I was due to be paid.
During my tenure at Golden Roofing I had to constantly battle with my supervisor Sean Fentress, for monies promised to me, only to be told that he had to get "permission" from his boss/owner Terry Keifer who was rarely in the office. When Terry Keifer did decide to drive his $90k Mercedes Benz to the office, dressed in his vacation clothes, he would not talk to me or any other sales reps. Sean Fentress would dance around his office throwing numbers around that didn't make any sense.
Two months later I'm broken and still trying to help customers who are left with damaged roofs and no answer as to when their roofs will be replaced, even after Golden roofing has received their insurance checks. If anybody has else has hired an attorney or has any advise on how to help me collect the 20k in bonuses I was promised please post to this website, as I am sure I am not the only victim.
