Pinnacle Roofing claims to no longer be doing business in Florida and tells me I am on my own to repair a roof they replaced three years ago. Yet the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations still shows them as a licensed company with the names Scott Kiefer and Terry Kiefer tied to the company.
Even if business dried up here after Wilma, I would think a Nationwide company would have some arrangement to stand behind their warranties. Don't risk doing business with them... They might decide to conveniently pull out of your state also.
